To Those Who've Been Here All Along & Those Just Arriving

It's been almost five years — 1,825 days of growth, doubt, inspiration, and transformation — since I shared my debut album with the world. In that time, I've learned more about myself as an artist (though some days I still feel strange calling myself that) than I ever thought possible.

First, to those who've been here since the beginning: your support — every message, every share, every time you've told someone about my music — has meant everything. There were moments when I questioned whether I should continue this journey (especially during those 3 AM writing sessions when nothing seemed to work), but knowing you were waiting for more kept me going.

To those who are just discovering my music: welcome — I'm so glad our paths have crossed in this vast digital landscape — and thank you for taking the time to listen. I hope my songs find a place in your life, whether as a soundtrack to your commute or a companion during your quietest moments (those are when I write most of my music, actually).

This website is undergoing a transformation — much like I have been over these past years — as I prepare to share my second album with you. It's been a long time coming, I know. Creating this record has been a process — challenging, beautiful, terrifying, and ultimately healing — that I couldn't rush, no matter how much I wanted to.

The new songs explore themes of connection — how we find it, lose it, and sometimes rediscover it in unexpected places — and what it means to evolve while embracing new identities (becoming a mother has changed how I see everything, including my music). I've poured everything I have into these tracks, and I can't wait for you to hear them.

During this time away, I've been on a journey — learning how to create lullabies and dance parties in the kitchen with the same passion I once reserved for solo creative sessions — that has expanded my heart in ways I never imagined. My inspiration (often found in tiny hands and sleepy smiles) now comes from different places, but the music feels more authentic than ever.

Until then, you can find me on social media — though I'm trying to be more present and less scrolling these days — where I'll be sharing updates, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and maybe a few surprises along the way.

Thank you for your patience — it's a virtue I'm still learning — and for being part of this story. Whether you've been here from the beginning or just joined this community, I'm grateful our paths have crossed.

The best is yet to come — and I truly believe that with my whole heart — as long as we have each other.

With gratitude and excitement,
Krista
